To book a Private Charter on the Middle Fork or Main Salmon, we require a minimum of 24 guests.

All trip prices are subject to 3% USFS Service Fee. All guests are subject to a $4.00 per day USFS Use Fee on the Middle Fork and Main Salmon.
Gratuity
The guides appreciate gratuities and divide them equally. Mackay Wilderness River Trips prides itself in our outstanding crew. They are there to meet all your expectations. If you feel the service provided has been outstanding, the standard gratuity is 15% of the trip price.
DEPOSITS - CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS

Mackay Wilderness River Trips, Inc. provides for a standard trip size of 24 guests on the Middle Fork and Main Salmon. Because of the limited number of seats available and the logistical planning involved, we must adhere to the following reservation and cancellation policy:
Reservations - To reserve your seat, a deposit of $500.00 per person is required. Your Trip Reservation Form can be completed and mailed to our office with credit card information or attached check, or faxed to our office with credit card information. Reservations can also be made over the telephone and followed up with your form by mail, fax or online.
Final Payment - Your final payment is due 90 days prior to your trip date. Guests choosing to pay for their trips by credit card will have their final payments automatically charged to their cards unless a check is received prior to the due date. Guests choosing to pay by personal check or cashier check will need to send payments timely for arrival in our office by the due date.
Cancellations and Refunds - Deposits and final trip payments are non-refundable. However, Mackay Wilderness River Trips, Inc. does provide for the transfer of payments to an alternate guest, provided we receive written notification 21 days before the trip date.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR TOUR PROTECTION INSURANCE
Protect your investment and purchase the Travelguard Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. This Policy will protect guests financially if your trip is cancelled, interrupted or delayed due to sickness, injury, death, financial default of airlines, weather conditions, acts of terrorism and natural disasters.
